When I was starting up, I had many ideas. But I never executed them.

Why?

I wasn’t clear on what I wanted.

I wanted to do the next shiny thing.

But once I narrowed down on whom I can serve and my purpose, I got crystal clear on how to take my business to the next level.

Your plan should have all these three components:

β˜‘ List down the steps you need to take.

β˜‘ Prioritize the steps.

β˜‘ EXECUTE.

Your ideas are the only entry ticket to play you α΄›Κœα΄‡ α΄‡Ι΄α΄›Κ€α΄‡α΄˜Κ€α΄‡Ι΄α΄‡α΄œΚ€Ιͺα΄€ΚŸ ɒᴀᴍᴇ. πŸ€“

A lot of coaching is good with their topic but not all are good with the topic of sales and marketing which is needed to grow the business.

How do we resolve this? Here are 10 ways:

  1. Look for pain points that your idea can resolve.

  2. Share your business idea.

  3. Find a mentor or coach.

  4. Make your business plan.

  5. Understand your market needs and be ready to adapt to change.

  6. Learn all the technicalities.

  7. Use networking and trade shows.

  8. Pick a powerful team to initiate your growth.

  9. Create systems.

  10. Grow.

Every business should have principles and strategies.

Here is what I did to jump-start ᴍʏ α΄„α΄α΄€α΄„ΚœΙͺΙ΄Ι’ Κ™α΄œsΙͺɴᴇss:

  1. Start following other successful coaches in your niche whom you want to model.

  2. Research and identify what these successful coaches are doing for marketing/sales.

  3. Get into their funnels by purchasing their products/services. This will give you insights on a copy that works, funnel sequence, direct messaging strategies, that they have used.

  4. Don’t copy but model their work into your sales funnels.

  5. Β Start being a part of the groups/communities where their audiences are. You could get leads from there.

  6. Build relationships and partnerships with these successful coaches. To build relationships, you could either buy your way in (by buying their products or services) or earn your way in (by providing value and free service to the successful coach to build a relationship)

  7. Execute each step and create systems to automate and scale.

There are a lot of organizations that are very successful in the first few steps, but flop at execution. 🀩

Your ideas will not be worth anything if execution has no backbone.
