Have you been bullied before?
If you have, then you must be familiar with the trauma that still lingers even after so many years later.
I have been a victim of bullying when I was younger.
And it is not a pleasant experience.
It has affected the way I perceive things and react to people.
And I don't want my kids to ever experience that.
That's why I always:
- Check on them
- Spend time with them
- Guide them on what they should and shouldn't do
I believe that we, as parents, play a huge role in how our kids act with their friends in school.
It all starts in our home.
As parents, it is our job to prevent such horrible acts happen.
I've seen my clients being bullied on social media.
I've seen hate messages here on LinkedIn.
I've seen my comments being spammed.
It all starts with us.
Let's support each other.
Let's guide those that need help.
